Simone Quarta is an independent distributor of Herbalife products and is not an employee, agent or representative of Herbalife.
This website is independently operated by Simone Quarta and is not the official Herbalife website.
3. PRODUCTS AND SELECTIONS
Review product sizes, ingredients, allergens, directions and warnings before use. These may differ between flavours. Follow the instructions on the product packaging. Product information does not replace individual professional advice.
For configurable packs, check the selected flavours and components in your cart before paying. Contact us promptly if a selection is incorrect. Availability and the final price are displayed before you complete checkout.
4. ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT
We sell to customers in the United Kingdom. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed before payment. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout, including PayPal and other supported methods.
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and check your order before submitting it. An order confirmation will be sent using the details you provide. If we cannot fulfil your order or identify an error affecting it, we will contact you to explain the available options and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.
5. DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled through Herbalife's UK distribution network. Simone Quarta / SquartaStyle UK remains your seller and customer contact.
Packs assigned to the free UK delivery profile ship free. Standard delivery for other eligible products costs £6.99, or is free when those products reach £119. An order containing both packs and other products may still incur a delivery charge on the other products. The final charge is shown at checkout.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
For online purchases, you normally have the right to tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. You normally have a further 14 days to return them after notifying us. Where this cancellation right applies, the refund includes the goods and the least expensive standard delivery charge we offered. We may wait for the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Refunds are made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline. Return costs and any permitted deductions for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods are governed by applicable law and our Refund Policy. Different rules apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not remove rights relating to orders already placed.
