We currently deliver orders throughout the United Kingdom.
2. ORDER FULFILMENT AND DISPATCH
HL SHOP UK is operated by Simone Quarta, an Herbalife Independent Member.
Orders placed through this website are fulfilled and dispatched directly to the customer by Herbalife from its UK distribution facility.
HL SHOP UK does not physically store, handle or dispatch the products. Once an order has been processed, the products are prepared and shipped directly by Herbalife to the delivery address provided by the customer.
This means that customers receive their Herbalife products directly through Herbalife's UK fulfilment and distribution network.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping charges are as follows:
- Orders under £50: £6 shipping fee
- Orders of £50 or more: FREE shipping
The applicable shipping cost is displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are normally delivered within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, public holidays or unusually high delivery volumes.
5. DELIVERY SERVICE
Products are dispatched directly to the customer's delivery address through the delivery service used for Herbalife product orders in the United Kingdom.
Tracking information will be provided where available once the order has been dispatched.
